Yeah, I go for lime on the
Tilia. Non native look to me. Basswood here have huge leaves and not symmetrical. People plant lime on the river front boardwalks of our local towns. They don't winter very well, most die in a few years. In my opinion bur oak would be best if they could get native seed. There are a few large native basswood trees in local towns as well. Just have to keep an eye out for them.
