I would like to obtain a sample piece of Ginkgo.  I am looking for a small log approx. 3" in diameter and @ 6" long.  Want to have a log to compare with my piece of petrified wood that I believe is also Ginkgo.

Would appreciate anyone that might direct me to such a sample.

I don't know where there is a Ginkgo tree in my area (but, I'm still looking).

Thanks,

Pat
