looking for kansas bid list help

i was wondering what it takes to be on the kansas bid list where i can recive the bid sheets when someone in kansas has a job come up for bids i cant figure it out i used to be on it years ago and i cant find any numbers or nothignt o get back on it so hopefully someone will help  me out thanks alot

For starters, maybe contact the Kansas Forest Service.

Looks like they could lead you to the resource you are looking for, or at least tell you if they have bid sheets available when timber is to be sold.

Yep, that is the right website.  You have to do a little digging, but I found this:
