I know a guy that gives the Stihl CD with IPL's and Service Manuals away at GTG's and during Christmas time to good standing members somewhere RS . IPL'S 08S, 009, 010, 011, 012, 015, 017, 018, 019T, 020, 020T, 021, 023, 024, 025, 026, 028, 029, 031, 032, 034, 036 Pro, 036 QS, 038, 039, 041 AV, 041 FB, 041 G, 042 AV, 044, 045, 046, 048, 050, 051, 056, 064, 066, 070, 075, 076, 084, 088, 090, 090 G, MS180, MS190T, MS191T, MS200T, MS200, MS210, MS230, MS250, MS240, MS360, MS270 C QS, MS270, MS280, MS280 C QS, MS290, MS310, MS340, MS341, MS360, MS360 C, MS361, MS361 C, MS380, MS440, MS460, MS640, MS660, MS880SERVICE MANUALS 009, 010, 011, 017, 018, 019, 020T, 021, 023, 024, 025, 026, 029, 034, 036, 036QS, 039, 044, 046, 064, 066, 088, MS210, MS230, MS250, MS270, MS290, MS310, MS390, MS341, MS361, MS440, MS460MISC MANUALS Oregon Chain Manual, Stihl Bar and Chain Manual, Stihl Carburetor Manuals, Stihl Chainsaw Setup info., Stihl Special Tool Manuals.
Unfortunately the owner's manuals are of very little use unless you have never seen or operated a chainsaw before. Page after page of basic operating and safety procedures with no technical info any more involved than pointing out where the kill switch and spark plug are located. The parts lists with blowup diagrams are much more helpful and those are the ones that are tricky to find. Stihl doesn't want them posted or sold online due to 'copyright violations', but they have no say over individuals sharing them privately.
2stroker, welcome to the forum. Many of us are aware of that website, but Tommy already had to pull those pages down once a few years back when Stihl's lawyers got after him. People were printing the IPLs and selling them on ebay. So most of us that know about it try to keep it on the down-low and share it privately without posting the website publicly.
The parts lists with blowup diagrams are much more helpful and those are the I can help with quite a few IPLs and WS manuals, if needed.....
