Christmas Contest Prize
« on: December 15, 2000, 02:32:56 pm »
Here is A Picture of our Christmas Contest Print. It is matted and framed in oak. It is one of my earlier paintings. The original now hangs in England.

Lake Solitude

I should have thought earlier that some people don't put up their tree till a couple days before Christmas, so I have extended the entry deadline until midnight of the 25th E.D.T.

That is a beautiful picture. But isn't that the view out your front window?

Well, kinda, sorta,. This place did not exist until I painted it. It was one of those things, I sat down in front od a canvas with nothing in mind to paint, and just started painting. This was the result.

Welcome to our board Gordon! I am going right now to post your photo for our contest. It's a good one!
