Hey Bruce,
Well, I didn't notice, he forgot the date  :D

Madison is a pretty good hop for me. If you make it take a camera. They had the charcoal demo here not long ago but I didn't find out till the next day, I'd like to see their setup.

If we're not busy, I was going to try to run over to the Abingdon program and take notes.

This is the contact info for the extension agent and the listserve. It would be a good one for you to get on, he's up in your neck of the woods and sends updates for programs up there mostly. I'll get something maybe every other month.

Bruce,
Adam replied, I invited him to drop in here as well, hopefully we can get him to post upcoming events on the forum.

Aug 2nd For the charcoal demonstration at the Madison County Farmers Market
Here's the flier;

This is the flier for the Woody Bioenergy programs;
http://www.cnr.vt.edu/woodybioenergy/

Grayson County is building a new school soon and they have expressed interest in using wood based heating since we have Independence Lumber and several other wood waste producers here, we are also putting in a new prison. Might be good to get them thinking a bit bigger than they are  :).

Don,

Thanks for the info.  I will put it on the schedule - hoping I can make it.  But, I fly out to Phoenix, AZ early on Sunday.
