I dont follow the N.B. industry enough to know what is really going on there, but it always seems to be in an uproar, here in N.S. you dont hear much of anything about forestry, it just stumbles along almost on its own.

Is the fact that the crown owns so much land in N.B. the root of the problem???

What are they doing with the money they are  not going to spend on Private lands work???

Here you get faint rumblings now and then when the crown buys or trades land with some of the larger mills, which has been going on lately, I think they are buying it to keep the mills from going broke.

They take some of the bought pieces and call them protected areas and most people yawn and go back to the rum bottle or dope bag.

Folks, for anyone interested we are meeting at the New Brunswick Woodsmen Museum in Boiestown for a media rally. Anyone with an interest in woodlots and silviculture are encouraged to attend. Meeting starts at 7:00 PM tonight Wednesday April 9th. Don't sit back and let "Joe" do it or you'll find yourself back in 1960. The government needs to come to their senses on this issue.

This is only the beginning!!
