 My Peterson is older than dirt.  ::)

  It has the Metric dial, and, I'm NOT gonna stand around trying to figure sizes.

  A quick double check and lubed tubes, and my lumber comes out very accurate.
All truth passes through three stages:
   First, it is ridiculed;
   Second, it is violently opposed; and
   Third, it is accepted as self-evident.

Changing that sprocket definitely fixed my problem. Saturday I spent my day cutting some nice cherry. I mostly cut 1" by 10". I offered to do some doublecutting for my friend/customer.  We made one board 2" by 16". That was sure a pretty chunk of wood.

Thanks to Captain and Husband for identifying my problem. Thank you to everyone who offered the usual words of wisdom.

Appreciative of the Forestry Forum as always,
Jim

Not doing any milling right now. In fact, the WPF is sitting in the garage. I'm working a new job at a children's home in Carmi, IL. Don't really have any spare time right now.

Thanks for asking,
Jim
