I saw a BIG OX at the Blue Ox booth at the woodsmans show in Boonville, NY this past weekend. What a great looking set up. They sure look tough, well made and good looking.

Furby, If I recall correctly they do sell these and then you could use one every time you want. Sometimes you just have to crack open the wallet and part with some green backs. Remember, you can't take it with you, spend it now.

Belive me, if I could I would!
No cracking open the wallet for me...... it hasn't been closed in many years, let alone have anything in it.

I believe that the Blue Ox Trailer loaders in both the Big Ox and the Little Ox are an excellent means of handling a variety of whole tree applications. The key here is the loader itself. The XL1700 and the XL2100 are excellent in quality and load ability. The ultimate loader carried by Blue Ox is the Xploder. It is capable of lifting over 6,ooo lbs and just over one ton at full extension. Add a winch with 100' cable with Honda 24 Hp engine and you can twitch a fallen tree close enough to load and do it again. Whether you are looking for a pintle set up or a fifth wheel, This is an excellent way to harvest wood as a small logger, landowner or small woods mill. Great product made right in Vermont. Check it out at the show in Essex Jct.
