Wisconsin does have great cheese. One place I love to stop on my way home from Soldiers Grove, is in Fontenelle WI. The cheese house has a giant mouse out front, and inside is the best cheese around!  Makes me hungry just thinking about it. mmmmmm, cheese!  ;D

I could live on cheese, the right bread, and cold spring water. Well, maybe I wouldn't live that long, but I would have a lot of fun before the heart attack.

AAaahh, good cheese.  I love it. I would tell you what the best cheese is, but I don't want to hijack the thread.  No it doesn't have anything to do with grits. :D
