Alsayyed, look on the Drying and Processing board. Several of our members have these machines, and there is some discussion of it there. The machine has been in production for several years, and enjoys a fine reputation.
You're thinking of the Planer/Moulder's which as you say have been available here for several years.
As of now there isn't a Logosol machine currently available in the US referred to as a jointer or jointer/planer, but given the quality of their other tools I expect it's a good machine.
They do have a newer model here called
The Solo Planer, it's a "Dimensional Planer/Moulder". Basically a planer that accepts moulding inserts and has a circular ripsaw mounted at one end of the planer to size lumber. The edge cut by the circular saw will be 90° to the planed face and parallel to the opposite side, which isn't quite the same as a jointer which will make the edge 90° to one face and straight.
