AH, now I can see the hemlock leaves. The first photo was a little out of focus for my spectacles and it looked like tamarack greenery. ;D

I came home from giving 7 bids today and the wife is furious.
Why you ask?

All my crap scattered all over the yard, in the woods, on the driveway!
So just spent 3 hours trying to tidy up and make her happy.

Looks like  Northern Tooth Mushroom (Climacodon septentrionale), often has an odd and unpleasant odor reminiscent of bad ham.
