Whew, Finally I won.  Jeff, that's a really cool addition to the forum and some good programming too.  Thank god I didn't need to use lifelines on the forestry questions because I don't know enough about TV and movies without some help. ;D

I can't take credit for the programming, that is a freewarescript available on the web. The credits are in the source code! Thank Woodtick for most of the wood related questions.

I simply woods-a-fied it!

Here's one. The 1980's pop idol Michael Jackson is known for his style of dance called...?

Good luck.

I am going to be the big 40 this summer. Takes some getting use to that thought. Funny thing, as you get older. You still think about the same things you did when you were younger, you just think about 'em different!

I find it hard to believe that I sent an email to every member of this forum about this contest, and only 3 of you have entered! Must be everybody is busy for Memorial Day weekend. I got an invite I can't turn down. My Sister called and asked me to go to the U.P. with them. My Wife is working at Graduation, so I am gone tomorrow night!

I will announce a winner for this Monday some time.

With only 3 entries I might throw out my selection software and just go eenie minie mo...

Your right, Jeff.

The mind stays young.

A young mind makes for an old body.
An old body needs a young mind or it will quit.

Old Mr. Miley, a rea-a-l old friend of the family and an avid church member......   who I worked with at the newspaper in the 1960's had a young mind.

He was in his late 80's then and would run around the office hugging and kissing the girls, patting them on the bottom as they walked by, bringing them cokes, candy crackers and milkshakes unsolicited and said to me..."I couldn't get away with this when I was 20".

Jeff,

I cannot believe how long it took me to get to a Million! I feel like a real melon-head!

However, I will never forget that Bulova Watches had the first TV commercial.

I'm not sure I'll ever watch "Millionaire" again. I sure won't go near "The Weakest Link". Now I know...

I AM the weakest link![/color]

Lets see out goes y-o-u. Sometimes the old fashioned way works best. But for the people that did go all the way---congrats and as far as I'm concerned the fewer the better. That way I've got a better chance of winning.  8)

But it would be more fun to see more complete the challange!

The forestry questions weren't that bad it was some of the others that really had me thinking. But the better half and her mother are great sources of  information.

I wonder if Jeff has one planned with almost all forestry questions. That would be great. The quizes he has setup on Timbuyers are really good to get you thinking as well.

The Hat!    The Hat!   I want THE HAT !

Granddaddy showed me how to call a turkey with a tobacco pipe.

I have a hat collection that has been growing since 1980 and I can keep "THE HAT" there until I wear it.

Can't you see me now....sitting at my computer with "THE HAT" on? :D :D :D ;D

Today is a day to be recorded in the annals of history.  Tom got his hat.

After the rain today and after washing all the blue and red berry stains from my face, I went to the mail box one last time before supper.  There with my favorite publication, The Florida Market Bulletin, was a big bubble filled envelope from The Timberbuyers Network.  I new what it was, tore it open, rushed to the house to show my wife and to try it at the computer.

I think it makes me look half-way intelligent, don't you? ;D

Thanks Jeff
