I want to make a note here that the Peterson company and employees are a true asset to the Forum and to myself in particular. Recently I applied to get some of their information sent to me as well as a small video. I recieved both the information as well as personal emails reassuring me that they would help me answer all of my questions. I was also assisted with some additional information that has been a big help both in me trying to figure out how to get into this sawmilling business and how to structure information to make that easier.
Thank you Peterson for your customer (and non customer) and product focus.
I can only imagine with this kinda of help before buying a saw how good the service is after the buying

I will second that.
I have emailed back and forth with the Peterson people, they have answered threads and PM's here on FF and been great. I asked so many questions before buying my Peterson that I bet even the people I haven't talked to or emailed over there know who I am. I was a real PIA
Now that I am a new owner, I'll be happy to answer any questions I can... from that "new owner" point of view. I've only sawed one log so far, so don't ask to much right away.

I have had mine about 2 months and I can tell you that the customer service at Petersons is first class all the way. I have made several calls to the factory and have had great response to my questions.
The Reps here in the states are not just sales people but sawyers themselves. They use their mills and if you have a problem they have probably had it themselves and know how to fix it and will help in anyway they can.
Believe what the information package says. For me anyway, it is all true.
