I got word that my Lucas mill has arrived.  I'll pick it up tomorrow 8)  I should be able to play with it this week and do some sawing for a little while Saturday. :)

I might as well sleep tight.  There is NO WAY that I will be able to use the mill until the weekend.  I will still likely set it up and make sure the blade turns ;D

  PICS,  we needs PICS

I will be sure to post pics as soon as I get it home and set up (and I figure out how to post).  It may be this weekend :( before I'll have time to set it up and try it out.  Oh well, they say one of the best predictors of success is your ability to delay gratification. ..... What do THEY know :)?

Patience is a virtue, Mike.  The weekend can't get here fast enough!!  :)

PICS are required.  It says so somewhere in the fine print around here. :P

Just providing an update.  I finally have the saw at home.  I had to have a rack put on my truck to support the rails.  I had the rack built before the mill arrived, but it is a bumber-mount rack and the bumpers were too wimpy :o.  I got an over-the-cab rack today.  The rack needs a little work, but should be OK.  I likely won't be able to put the mill together until Saturday, but I'll take pics when it is up.  Hopefully, I can then figure out how to post them ;D
