That pretty much only leaves chinaberry. Didn't think they grew big enough to support something else in their limbs.

Stewartia is also called silky camellia. Don't think they're all that common.

Yup, it's a chinaberry. 8) 8) 8)  Let's see what else came up on our little tour of my yard.

Ahhhh  Swietenia mahagoni

Never had a picture of the tree or leaves to id, ;)

Virginia Stewartia has large purple centred, white or yellow flowers. Grows 20 feet and lives under hardwood forests in moist soil near streams and banks. It is ever green. Flowers look similar to a rose, as does its leaves. It's in the tea family.

The Donkey is still trying, but you've stumped the mule on this one!   :D

asy, you talking about the pic, or George W.? ;D :D :D

Yep, that's a sure enough huckleberry.  Got them things growing everywhere around here.   8) 8) 8)

It probably ain't very fair to even post this next one.  I doubt if you would find it in any books or on line, unless you knew what you was looking for.  It'll be fun to see what sort of guesses we get, though. ;D

Nope, t'wasn't me.  Wouldn't surprise me if somebody did float by, though. :D  This is making me glad I live at the top of the hill. ;D

I'm gonna hafta give the win to SwampDonkey on that last one. Near impossible to tell the difference in the mustard family by just lookin' at the blossoms.  That is actually some purple top turnips that went to seed in my garden. ;D :D :D :D  Right purty, though, ain't they?

This one's been done before by someone else, but I'll toss it in anyway.
