Kiln ?
« on: February 08, 2005, 02:03:25 pm »

JR and Oldsaw plus sawwod are thinking of building a kiln.
We have looked at Larry solar kiln and i have seen some
DH kiln. Is there any one close to Mo that has a AC type
kiln or a solar kiln we could look at ? I think build a solar
kiln would be the easy one to build and run, Down side is
the drying time. Would like some more input to this queation.

I dont know a whole lot about solar or DH but I dont think DH drying is all that hard.
I feel that solar drying is neat but it pretty slow.
It has been a year already. I think I am going to like my new job!
